Make It Monday 212 -Fussy Cutting

Fussy cutting is such a funny name for a basic technique!  But it does make sense when you see it in action.  It's a way of precision trimming around an image or a sentiment by moving the paper instead of your scissors. I always used to just eyeball how close to make my trimming, but Ashley Cannon-Newell showed us such a great trick:  to first do some tracing with pencil around the area to be trimmed.  So simple!  And it makes the process of fussy cutting much easier.  I used this process on the "Thanks" and paired it with an equally bold rose which was heat embossed in white and colored with a variety of yellow/gold toned Copic pens.
